We offer a high quality, gloss finish in any RAL colour of your choice which is included in our standard pricing.

I stand behind my work, Dawley Bikes’ warranty policy is simple - if there’s a problem with your frame and I’m at fault through either manufacturing or materials I will put it right. At my own cost. From 3 years following original purchase.

 

 

 

 

 

Repairs & Crash Replacement

 

 

Steel frames are wonderfully repairable. If you have a problem with your frame that was caused by you, by accident I will be happy to quote the best prices on any repairs.

 

 

If the worst happens and the frame isn’t repairable I can offer a crash replacement frame at a reduced rate.

 

 

 

 

 

Please note:

 

 

Dawley Bikes’ warranty and crash replacement is valid for the lifetime of the frame for the first owner only. Subsequent owners are welcome to take advantage of my repairs service.

 

 

All warranty issues will be dealt with on a case by case basis and are at the sole discretion of myself.

 

 

I will need to get the frame in the workshop for evaluation before a final decision can be made on how we proceed.

 

 

Any shipping costs involved in getting the frame back to Dawley Bikes are the responsibility of the you, the owner. Shipping back to you is covered under the warranty/ repairs/ crash replacement.

Our prices are shown exclusive of sales tax. If you’re in the UK, VAT at 20% will be applied at checkout.

If you're outside the UK, your sales tax will be handled by customs in your region at the time of shipping.

Please note: If you're outside the UK import duties (sales tax) of your region will be applicable at customs. I encourage you to check this prior to making your order. Dawley Bikes is not responsible for any sales tax or fees incurred upon export from the UK. Please check this prior to making your order.

Your Dawley frame will be carefully wrapped and shipped in a recycled bicycle box.

We're a small scale manufacturer and utilising recycled boxes is not only good for the environment but means you're only paying for the important part - the frame itself!

You can now collect your frame from the workshop and save on shipping fees.
